Your pet's life is scattered across six places.
A vaccination card in a drawer. The microchip number in an old email. The insurance policy in a PDF somewhere. Whether anyone fed the dog, in a group chat. CorePaw puts all of it in one app that everyone in the house can see.
One record per pet
Identity, microchip, insurance, vet, allergies and history — on a card you can hand to a vet, a sitter or a kennel.
One truth for the household
Nobody double-feeds or double-doses. Every entry says who did it and when, on everyone's phone.
Works with no signal
Written to your phone first. Log a walk in a field with one bar and nothing is lost.

The card you wish you had at the vet.
Everything a vet, a kennel or a sitter asks for, on one navy passport card — and a one-tap PDF health summary when they need the detail.
- Microchip number, registry and registration status
- Pedigree / KC number and insurance policy with its renewal date
- Vet practice and phone number
- Allergies with a mild/severe rating, right under the passport
- A yearly nudge to check your chip details are still correct
"Has anyone fed the dog?"
One tap for feed, water, med, toilet or a note. Every entry is stamped with who logged it, so the answer is on everyone's phone instead of buried in a group chat.
- Quick-log tiles you can hit without thinking
- Toilet detail — wee / poo / both, with a consistency scale
- A food library with portions, favourites ⭐ and avoids 🚫
- A per-pet log grouped by "Today", "Yesterday", and back
- Choose which trackers each pet shows

Every walk, mapped.
Hit start and CorePaw records the route live — distance, duration and pace — with your phone locked and in your pocket. Walk more than one dog at once and each of them gets their own record of the same walk.
- Live route map that keeps tracking in the background
- Multi-dog walks — "who's coming?" and one walk each
- Forgot to start it? Add the walk afterwards
- Photos taken on a walk attach to that walk
- Share a walk with your household, by email, or as a branded image
Never miss a booster or a dose.
Vaccinations, worming, flea and tick, vet visits and medication courses — with reminders that fire when the app is closed and survive a reboot. Photograph a vaccination card and CorePaw reads the records for you to check before saving.
- A due strip for anything upcoming or overdue
- Plain-language "what it protects against" for dog and cat vaccines
- Dose log stamped with who gave it — "Given 13:04 · Tony"
- Mark a dose as given straight from the notification
- A printable vet health summary, built on your device

Co-parenting, with the right access.
Invite your partner, the kids, a sitter or a dog walker with a code that already carries their access. Everyone can see everything; what they can change is up to you — and it's enforced in the database, not just hidden in the app.
- Viewer, Member and Co-owner roles
- Tick exactly which areas a Member can change
- Presets — Full carer, Helper, View only
- Give someone a label like "Child" or "Dog walker"
- Promote a Co-owner, or hand ownership over entirely

For when they're gone.
Reached quietly from a pet's edit screen — never suggested, never nagged. Marking a pet as passed away silences every reminder for them at once, deletes nothing, and turns their profile into a keepsake: the years you shared, the distance you walked, and a timeline of their photos.
- Every reminder and medication for that pet stops immediately
- A one-tap printable memory book of their photos
- Always free — even if a paid plan lapses
- A memorial pet never counts toward the free pet limit
- "Restore profile" undoes it if it was set by mistake

Common questions
What is CorePaw?
CorePaw is a pet care app for dogs and cats. It keeps your pet's passport, microchip, vaccinations, medications, walks, weight and photos in one place on your phone, and shares them with the family members, sitters and dog walkers who help look after them.
Is CorePaw available yet?
Not yet. CorePaw is pre-launch and coming to iPhone and Android — join the waitlist and we'll tell you the day it goes live.
Does CorePaw work offline?
Yes. CorePaw is local-first: everything is written to your phone first and the whole app works with no connection. Cloud sync sits on top for households, it is not where your data lives.
Can more than one person use it for the same pet?
Yes. A household shares its pets. The owner invites people with a code that carries their role and permissions — a Viewer sees everything and changes nothing, a Member can update the areas you tick, a Co-owner has full access. Every rule is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the app.
Does it track dog walks?
Yes. Start a walk and CorePaw records the route on a live map with distance, duration and pace, and keeps tracking with your phone locked or in your pocket. You can walk several dogs at once, add a walk you forgot to start, and share any walk by email, to social media or with your household.
Can I give my vet a summary?
Yes. One tap builds a shareable, printable PDF health summary — identity, microchip, latest weight and body condition score, allergies, the full vaccination and health history, current medications and the symptom diary with photos — then opens the share sheet to email, print or save it. It is built on your device, works offline, and is free for everyone.
How much does CorePaw cost?
The whole app is free for one pet on one device. Premium ("CorePaw Cloud") adds family sharing, multi-device sync, cloud backup, cloud photos and documents, live household alerts and unlimited pets. Premium pricing will be confirmed before launch.
Be there on launch day.
