The day, in one screen.
Open the app and the day is in front of you: who's been fed, what's due, and a big button to start a walk. Designed to take five seconds, not five minutes.
- Quick-log tiles for feed, water, med, toilet and a note
- A dose that's due, with a one-tap "Give"
- A resume-walk banner if you left one running
- Who did what, and when — across the whole household
- Anything that doesn't apply to a pet can be hidden
A complete record of one life.
Watch them grow. Spot what changes.
Weight is the number a vet always asks for. CorePaw charts it — along with height, chest, neck or any metric you invent — and adds the vet's 9-point body condition score with a guided picker written for dogs and for cats.
- A chart per metric, with the change since your first reading
- Body condition score with the ideal 4–5 band flagged
- A mini chart on the pet screen, full charts on tap
- Backfill weights from your vaccination records in one tap
- Latest weight and BCS flow into the vet PDF

Vet says keep watching
Every photo, date and measurement goes into the vet PDF.

"It's been like that a while" — with proof.
A lump, a limp, a patch of skin. Give it a title, where on the body and a status, then add a photo each time you check it. You end up with a dated timeline a vet can actually read.
- Active, monitoring or resolved — resolved ones stay in the history
- An optional measured size in mm on each photo
- A note with every entry
- Latest photo and status shown on the pet screen
- The whole diary, photos included, goes into the vet PDF
The drawer, digitised.
Pedigree and KC certificates, show awards, insurance policies, adoption and ownership papers, vet letters and receipts — filed under a category with a date and notes.
Snap or attach
Photograph a certificate, pick an image from your library, or attach a PDF from your phone.
Open and share
Images preview inline; PDFs open in the system viewer and can be shared like any other file.
Permission-gated
Documents sit behind their own permission, so a dog walker can log walks without seeing your insurance policy.
On the free tier, files stay on your device — a co-parent sees each document's details but not the file itself. Premium syncs the files too.
Features FAQ
What can CorePaw track?
Your pet's identity and passport, microchip, allergies, daily care (feed, water, med, toilet, notes), food and portions, dog walks with GPS routes, vaccinations and other health records, medication courses and doses, weight and other measurements with a body condition score, a symptom diary with photos, documents, and a photo album.
Does CorePaw work for cats as well as dogs?
Yes. The app adapts to the animal: the walks tracker and size-class picker only appear for species that use them, a cat's toilet tracker reads "Litter", the vaccine information covers cat vaccines (FVRCP, FeLV, chlamydophila, rabies) as well as dog ones, and the passport shows a cat's indoor/outdoor status.
Do I need a connection to use it?
No. CorePaw writes to your phone first and the whole app works offline, including the vet health-summary PDF. Only the AI vaccination-card scan and cloud sync need a connection.
Where is my data stored?
On your device, in a local database. If you sign in and subscribe to Premium, your pets' records also sync to the cloud so the rest of your household sees them and you have a backup.
Can I hide the bits that do not apply to my pet?
Yes. Any section on the pet screen can be hidden per pet — Walks for an indoor cat, Microchip for an unchipped rescue — and turned back on whenever you like.
One app for their whole life.
